Ronald McDonald House Charities Ann Arbor is an independent, non-profit organization. We rely on, and are grateful for, the time and effort of volunteers who serve in a variety of capacities and help us deliver our mission of caring for families with a hospitalized child.
House Volunteers
Our Main House volunteers help keep things running smoothly and make families feel at home. Volunteers serve two-hour shifts every other week, seven days a week, between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m.
From restocking the kitchen and pantry to preparing Welcome Bags, organizing the Toy Closet and writing thank-you notes, there are plenty of ways to lend a hand and make a difference for families.
Cart Volunteers
Help circulate the Hospitality Carts to various patient floors and units at C.S. Mott Children’s Hospital providing comfort care items to caregivers.
Volunteers work with a partner and are assigned two-hour shifts, every other week, Monday through Friday from 3:30-5:30 pm, 5-7 pm, and 6-8 pm.
